We are looking for a creative, talented and driven UX / UI Designer to join our growing team. This job is perfect for someone who wants to design high-converting funnels, websites and landing pages that will be put to the test so that you can consistently make data-driven decisions to improve your designs and overall skillset.

Our ideal candidate is a conversion-focused designer who has designed 100s, if not 1000s of successful web pages. They have built systems and processes to ensure their strategies are repeatable. And they have an undying passion for the marketing and advertising industry.

Responsibilities

• Conviction in your design chops, clarity in your communication, and a knack for big picture thinking are key elements of this role.
• Designing and delivering wireframes, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that lead intuitive user experiences.
• Identifying design problems and devising elegant and effective solutions.
• Taking a user-centered design approach and rapidly testing and iterating your designs. Utilizing data and analytics in making design decisions.
• Researching user needs, testing ideas and sharing what you learn with the team by compiling your insights in our CRO Playbook.
• Working closely with the web development team to ensure a proper and hassle-free implementation of your designs and user flows.
• Walking our team through the design process with confidence and provide constructive feedback that will empower your team members to produce their best work.
• Identifying areas of improvement, collaborating with team members across different departments, and executing special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• You are highly interested in the end result of your designs, which is the results it produces for our company in tandem with our traffic generation strategies.
• You are a conversion-focused designer (a "Funnel Hacker") that knows the ins-and-outs of design, industry best practices, typography, color theory, composition, conversion factors, etc.
• You are passionate about resolving user pain points through great design and turning clicks into cash at the highest rate humanly possible.
• 3 years of experience in a UX / UI Design-related role with a proven track record of creating designs that materially impact KPIs.
• 2 years of client-facing design experience.
• Strong knowledge of UX / UI design standards.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas and solutions to internal teams and clients.
• Ability to iterate designs efficiently, intelligently and in a date-driven fashion.
• Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
• Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.

Who We Are

We are an Education & Training Platform for Entrepreneurs. We are building our platform to be "The Netflix for Entrepreneurs". Our main instructor is an 8-Figure Digital Marketer that has been in the game since the very beginning. And we plan to scale to many instructors, with a wide variety of skillsets, over time.

We have an office here in Vegas by the airport, with a full music recording studio, podcast set, etc. and we're getting more space in the same complex at the moment. Things are moving fast, so we are looking for someone who can not only keep up but run like the wind with us.

There is a ton of room for growth here. So as we grow, there is definitely opportunity to grow into a higher-level role as you become more embedded in the team and continue to level up your skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
