Job Description
- Managing a variety of social media accounts for our creators across various channels like Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, YouTube, and more. Ensuring accounts are operating properly, content is getting published, driving views & engagement, and providing account quality assurance.
- Developing and driving our social media strategy by finding & writing viral content scripts for creators to perform, giving creators feedback or suggestions on how to improve the quality and performance of their content, and researching and developing new channels for our creators to expand upon.
- Maintaining a high level of organization for all the social media accounts we operate using Google Sheets. Keep detailed records of each account with things like username info, passwords, emails, and more.
- Creating and assigning new social media accounts to Social Media Marketers & Assistants on our team. Helping them get set up with login details, access through anti-detect browsers, and ensuring accounts are getting assigned properly to task management sheets.
- Providing feedback, guidance, and direction to marketers on social media accounts.
- Providing strategic input and initiating broader scale initiatives on accounts like coordinating holiday content, account-wide collaborations, promotional opportunities, and more
Social Media Manager Requirements
- Excellent at maintaining an organized and cohesive workflow
- Ability to spot grammatical errors in captions, and identify incongruences between social media accounts and creator’s content.
- Project management skills. Must be able to manage a team of Content Marketers by helping them stay organized, and on task, and assign them new tasks via spreadsheets.
- Demonstrates skill in identifying excellent content creation opportunities, relaying information derived from data to the team, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- - Able to creatively think of new ideas or ways we can get more attention online and ultimately drive more traffic to our various Creator accounts.
