Job Location: Las Vegas, NV
Salary: $120k-$150k
Requirements: 10 Years Experience as Construction Superintendent experience on ground-up projects
This is a full time/permanent position with a well established General Contractor with projects spanning across Commercial, Municipal, Industrial, etc.
Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for an experienced Superintendent. This person should have experience on ground-up projects exceeding $15M .

- Experience on ground-up projects ($15 Million)
- Well rounded project experience across any of the following: Municipal, Commercial, Industrial, Schools, public works, healthcare, etc.
- Experience scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction
- Experience with structural concrete / structural Steel
- MEP experience is desired
