Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a certified teacher at Las Cruces Catholic School. Teachers will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lesson plans, facilitating effective communication with students and parents, and providing individualized support and guidance to students. Teachers will also collaborate with other faculty members, participate in professional development activities, and contribute to the overall success of the school. Small class sizes and family-friendly community!
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Effective classroom management skills
- Experience in training and mentoring students
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or licensure
- Knowledge of Catholic teachings and values (preferred)
