We are currently seeking RNs to serve as a Clinical Liaison at the hospitals and medical centers with which we contract in southern Maryland. This role primarily supports Capital Regional Medical Center. Additional travel to other locations within the communities we serve may be required. This position is full-time with 40 hour work week, with a Saturday rotation requirement. A Minimal holiday requirement. This position is paid hourly, plus differential.
Main Responsibilities:
Want to join our Team? We are currently looking for compassionate and dedicated RN Clinical Liaison to join our Admissions team. Our Clinical Liaisons serve will act as intermediary liaisons between the contracted hospitals and the hospice team, make inpatient visits to hospice patients, act as consultant for pain and symptom management, provide in-service education to providers, and perform pre-admission evaluations for appropriateness of hospice services.
Office Location: Largo, MD
Coverage Area: Capital Region Medical Center with other locations as needed.
