Divine Life Home Care is Hiring a Home Health Aide Near Lansing, MI

We are seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide essential care and support to individuals in need within their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in assisting patients with daily living activities and ensuring their well-being.

**Duties:**

- Provide personal care assistance to patients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing

- Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises

- Monitor and record vital signs

- Administer medication under the direction of healthcare professionals

- Assist with catheter care and other medical procedures as needed

- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients

- Help with meal preparation and feeding

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the patient's living space

**Skills:**

- Proficient in patient care techniques and procedures

- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

- Knowledge of medical records systems and documentation

- Ability to provide quality caregiving services with empathy and respect

- Familiarity with nursing home or home care environments
