Position: Superintendent

We are seeking a highly experienced Superintendent with a strong background in structural or miscellaneous/ornamental metals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience overseeing construction projects in the metal fabrication industry and will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects on-site.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Must have at least 5 years of experience in supervising projects involving structural or miscellaneous/ornamental metals.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes, materials, and industry standards. Proficiency in interpreting construction drawings and blueprints.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate on-site teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain high levels of productivity.
• Scheduling: Experience in project scheduling and resource management to ensure timely project completion.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is required.
• Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills via email, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement changes effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
