Job Description:

Susquehanna Insurance is hiring a full-time, Property and Casualty commercial account manager. This role supports the Account Executive in providing exceptional service to our current book of commercial clients. This individual will be responsible for the on-going relationship and making sure the clients’ needs are met.

Responsibilities:

• Manage an existing book of business, providing exceptional service to our commercial clients
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, insurance carriers and agency partners
• Input and maintain all electronic files/client information in the client management system, following established workflows and procedures
• Manage the marketing process at renewal as directed by the Business Insurance Executive/Consultants, including negotiating with underwriters, follow up, review, and comparing quotes
• Request endorsements as needed and review endorsements, audits, and policies for accuracy

Requirements:

• Current Property & Casualty insurance license
• College degree or advanced education preferred
• At least two years of insurance service experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
