We have an immediate opening for a Workers' Compensation Paralegal in our Lancaster office. The Paralegal will be responsible for assisting a variety of attorneys.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Formatting legal documents and correspondence

· Filing legal documents

· Ordering and maintaining medical records

· Corresponding with clients

· Maintaining calendars

· Scheduling depositions and IME's

· Organizing and maintaining case files.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree plus paralegal certificate

· Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

·Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Kofax/Nuance, iManage, and Lexis Nexis
• Knowledge of WCAIS
• Knowledge of billable hours and billing software
