Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring that all facilities are in good condition.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Monitor and report any repairs or maintenance issues
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Experience:
- Previous experience in custodial, industrial cleaning, or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and waxing
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Experience as a porter is a plus
