Job description
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated job with Dollar Tree in Marengo, OH. Earn up to $103k / year with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, consistent and predictable weekly home time, and premium benefits.
Pay and job details :
- Average weekly earnings $1,300 - $1,980 per week (performance based)
- $5,000 sign-on bonus paid out in 10 monthly installments
- Job Type : Full-time
- Average weekly miles 1400
- Daily flat rate $205
- Unload pay $250 per trailer
- 3-4 trailers per week, 53’ dry van trailer
- Breakdown pay $100 / day
- Dedicated account with weekly home time 5 ½ day work schedule, at least 34hr reset once a week
- Home every week for 34 / 48hrs
- Lanes go through the entire state of OH, West Virginia, Detroit MI, Pittsburgh PA, Rochester NY
- Truck parking at DC if possible, or at home or secure location near the shipper if available
- Weekly paychecks
- Annual Loyalty Bonus paid in December

Requirements :
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 21 years of age
- 1 year verifiable CDL-A experience
- Minimum Age : 21 years old
- Minimum Experience (Tractor Trailer / OTR) : 12 months verifiable Tractor Trailer experience in the past 3 years
- Must have a valid CDL in the state of residence before applying
- Hiring area : 120 miles from Marengo DC in OH
- Additional areas : Toledo OH, Pittsburg PA, Cleveland OH, Dayton OH, Cincinnati OH
Driving Record :
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No DWI / DUI convictions in the past 3 years
- No truck abandonments at unauthorized locations in the past 3 years
- No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years
- No more than 2 preventable collisions in the past 3 years
- Must pass PSP screening
Pay : Up to $103,000.00 per year
