```Duties```
- Perform physical examinations and record patient medical histories
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Assist with phlebotomy and venipuncture procedures
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Provide wound care and dressings as needed
- Assist with diagnostic tests such as sonography
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare practices and disease management
- Provide compassionate care to patients in hospice or end-of-life situations

```Requirements```
- Valid LPN license in [state]
- Proven experience in medication administration, phlebotomy, and venipuncture
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems (e.g., Epic)
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience in providing care for seniors or in an emergency room setting is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
