Job Description:

Join a private practice in Lakewood. NJ as an OB/GYN MD, where you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including our private practice, hospital, and birthing center. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to provide comprehensive women's healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care:

   • Conduct thorough examinations and provide expert medical care to women across all life stages.
   • Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions, perform routine prenatal care, and manage high-risk pregnancies.
   • Perform surgical procedures, including C-sections and other obstetric and gynecologic surgeries.

2. Collaboration:

   • Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care for patients.
   • Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

3. Setting Rotation:

   • Rotate between our private practice, hospital, and birthing center, providing a well-rounded and fulfilling work experience.
   • Manage patient caseloads in each setting, adapting to the unique demands and challenges of each environment.

4. On-Call Responsibilities:

   • Participate in the on-call schedule to provide 24/7 coverage for obstetric emergencies.
   • Respond promptly to emergencies and perform necessary interventions as needed.

5. Professional Development:

   • Stay current with the latest medical advancements, technologies, and guidelines related to OB/GYN care.
   • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Medical Degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Valid medical license in NJ.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
