Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic Camp Counselors to join our team for an exciting summer camp program. As a Camp Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and engaging environment for children to learn, grow, and create lasting memories.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage campers in various activities and games
- Implement planned programs and activities to promote camper development
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times
- Assist in resolving conflicts and behavioral issues among campers
- Collaborate with fellow counselors to create a positive and inclusive camp atmosphere
- Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and camp leadership

Skills:
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Experience in classroom management or sports coaching
- Background in childcare, early childhood education, or related field
- Ability to work with children of diverse backgrounds and needs
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Experience in theater, arts, or behavior management is a plus
