We're hiring a Full Time Facility Manager for Lorraine Lakes Town Center!

The Facilities Manager is directly responsible for the daily maintenance of all Club buildings, assets, and mechanical systems including grounds, landscaping, buildings, pools, furniture, and fixtures, and all repair and maintenance of said assets and systems that are generally and customarily required to be executed by maintenance personnel at a high-end, private club.Minimum Requirements:

  • Possesses a solid working knowledge of mechanical systems including electrical, HVAC, hydraulics, plumbing, restaurant kitchen equipment repair, and general building internal and exterior envelop systems.
  • Possess a Certified Pool Operators Certificate or ability to obtain,
  • Proficient with computer technology and standard software programs including work order placement and tracking, spreadsheet, and word processing applications.
  • Ability to manage large capital projects.
  • Ability to understand and work with capital and operating budgets
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with all departments, outside contractors, and members.
  • Proficient knowledge of a serve-safe environment, work comp and labor laws and general liability processes.
  • Will present him/herself as a professional with high moral standards.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and at times in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • From time to time, this job role involves manual labor including power washing, digging, lifting, climbing, hauling, taking out trash, etc.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a level of physical fitness enabling him or her to lift up to 100 lbs.
