Position Summary:
A Pacific Counter Team Member is responsible to perform front and/or back of house operations during an allotted time-period. Team Members are required to follow all aspects of the employee handbook, ensure food quality and portion size, follow safety regulations, work as a team, and most of all ensure positive guest experiences!
Pacific Counter Team Members report to the following personnel: Shift Leads, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager. Part-time Team Members are expected to work between 15-25 hours per week, while full-time Team Members must work between 30- 40 hours per week. Additional responsibilities our Team Members may be expected to take on include cleaning, monitoring and tracking inventory levels, and having a good time at work!
