Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Medical Director to join our team. As the Medical Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our patients. You will oversee a team of nurse practitioners, providing guidance, supervision, and support in delivering evidence-based care. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to nurse practitioners, ensuring adherence to established protocols and best practices.
• Review patient charts and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Serve as a resource for clinical staff, providing guidance on complex cases, clinical decision-making, and treatment protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, research, and advancements in healthcare to inform clinical practice and protocol development.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, etc.).
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the United States.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with demonstrated proficiency in primary care or a related field.
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and promoting health equity.
• Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
