Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Deli Manager to oversee our deli operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service management and hospitality, with proven leadership abilities to drive success in a fast-paced deli environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day deli operations, including food preparation, cooking, and catering services
- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction
- Train and supervise deli staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to meet demand
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
- Handle cash transactions and utilize Aloha POS system effectively

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a deli, restaurant, or hospitality management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and catering services
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
- Excellent cash handling abilities
