Machine Assembler

We are a leading designer and manufacturer of CNC routers and plasma tables that are used in a variety of high-precision machining operations to cut wood, steel, aluminum and other metals. The company supplies a broad range of customers from small businesses to large corporations as well as individuals and artisans. ShopSabre has an immediate opening for a General Laborer who will be a part of our Machine Assembly Department. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills and is an energetic team player with a can-do attitude. Our general laborers are involved in installing components on machine frames and performing various functions to complete both CNC Router and Plasma machines. Daily tasks include but are not limited to operation of forklifts, basic assembly, adhering labels/branding stickers to machines, and regular communication with teammates and supervisors. Requirements and Skills:

• Good mechanical skills
• Comfortable using power tools (drills, impacts, saws, grinders, etc.)
• Knowledgeable and efficient in use of hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, taps, etc)
• Takes pride in a job well done
• Ability to follow directions and retain information
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to collaborate with others to analyze and solve issues
• Ability to adjust from working independently to working as a team
• Extreme attention to detail
• Organization and cleanliness skills
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and walk around for much of the shift
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Frequent heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling

Pay $18-$25/hour dependent on skills, qualifications, and previous experience
