Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide primary and specialized care to patients of all ages. Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations on patients
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and monitor patient response
- Provide education to patients on disease prevention and health promotion
- Conduct follow-up visits to assess patient progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Assist in discharge planning for hospitalized patients
- Perform phlebotomy and other laboratory procedures as needed
- Administer vaccinations and immunizations

Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in [state]
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner from an accredited institution
- Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10 coding and documentation requirements

This job opportunity is in located in Winter Haven, Bartow, Lake Wales and South Lakeland, Florida. Candidates must be flexible and able to work in all clinic locations. Candidates are required to work in one Saturdays for half day in a month. Thanks for your time and interest.
