Job Title: Operations Analyst

Location: Lake Mary, FL (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 months Contract to Hire

Pay Range: $31-$33.65/hr.

Job Description:

Duties:

• Oversee, develop, coordinate, and administer internal training programs for the Vacation Ownership Services division.
• Translate business requirements into system definitions and solutions.
• Resolve system problems to ensure smooth customer processes.
• Document business processes, training procedures, standard operation procedures, and project statuses.
• Identify training needs, standardize training initiatives, and track and report training success.
• Set a positive example in professionalism and respect to contribute to a positive workplace tone.
• Gather information and data on business processes and procedures.
• Identify and research process issues and inefficiencies, propose alternatives, test solutions, and implement changes.
• Work with business partners to create documentation of business processes, training procedures, and standard operating procedures.
• Generate and monitor standard reports, review, and audit information.
• Assist in coordinating, conducting, or facilitating general and specific training programs.
• Prepare training plans relevant to the material.
• Keep records and gather information from course evaluations, suggesting improvements.
• Deliver established training courses.
• Provide orientation and onboarding training to new division employees.
• May travel to other locations to assess needs, deliver training, and perform other business needs.
• Perform after-hours/weekend testing of system enhancements and fixes.
• Monitor the shared email inbox to assist system users with inquiries, requests, and issues.
• Gather information on business objectives from management, determine training needs, and recommend solutions.
• Actively participate in designing training/instructional materials, including web publications, policy and procedure manuals, and client-specific guidelines.

Skills:

• Analytical skills and ability to interview and formulate questions.
• Data management skills.
• Basic knowledge of general business environment/operations and general cost-benefit awareness.
• Good written and verbal communication skills to define parameters to meet business requirements.
• Proficiency with standard MS Office suite.
• 1-3 years of directly related experience.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree is highly desirable.
