Location Description: Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa is nestled high atop the majestic San Bernardino Mountains at an elevation of 5,174’. This Resort is surrounded by an ocean of Ponderosa Pines and gives guests exclusive access to Lake Arrowhead, a reservoir with a surface area of 780 acres. Lake Arrowhead is the perfect location for outdoor adventure enthusiasts and offers a variety of summertime and wintertime activities including hiking, mountain biking, fishing, kayaking, water skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, ziplining, and more. Essential Functions

• Clear tables as needed. Reset with proper linen, China, silverware, and glassware.
• Complete opening and closing side work.
• Provide quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the restaurant.
• Keep work area neat and clean.
• Be familiar with all property amenities and events.
• Ability to effectively greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant area.

• Provide support in all other areas of the hotel, as requested.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year restaurant experience, preferred.
• Pleasant and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• California Food Handlers Card (must have within 14 days of employment) and RBS Certification (within 30 days of employment).
• Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance and personal hygiene.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English to receive training and instructions, interact with guests and other associates.
• Must be comfortable with standing and walking for long periods of time on your feet.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends, overtime, and holidays.

Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $17.00/Yr. - $17.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
