Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Employers Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Painting, staining and assisting with various maintenance projects around property
- Staining various surfaces including garages, doors, gates and other property structures
- Assist with general maintenance projects as needed, which may include minor repairs, cleaning and landscaping duties
- Ensure that all work is completed according to safety standards and property guidelines
- Communicate effectively with the property manager and team members regarding progress and any issues that arise
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ability to work at heights of up to 7.5 feet using a 6-foot ladder
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliable transportation required
