We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Front Office Medical Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations in both the front office of our medical practice. This position requires a combination of administrative, along with a dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
Front Office Duties:
- Patient Reception: Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring proper scheduling and organization of the appointment calendar.
- Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance information, process insurance claims, and assist patients with insurance-related inquiries..
- Phone Triage: Answer and triage phone calls, addressing patient inquiries, scheduling needs, and directing calls to the appropriate personnel
Location: Laguna Niguel, CA
Shift: (Days)
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 DOE
