Position Reports Directly to Executive Director
We are seeking a self-driven, clinically & logistically minded individual with mental health care experience who is seeking an opportunity to join a company on the ground floor. The position has opportunity for growth to be the leading operational mind at an expanding company led by some of the industries leaders.
Job Duties:
- Manage program operations, including schedule, logistics, staffing, and resources
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution
- Monitor and track program progress, identifying and resolving any issues or risks that may arise
- Collaborate with executive team to enforce program objectives and deliverables
- Ensure adherence to program management best practices and methodologies
- Manage program documentation, including state requirements & specifications
- Facilitate effective communication between team members and departments
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or CADC-I (or equivalent work experience)
-Masters degree in Mental Health field preferred
-Valid Drivers License
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of program management
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles
- Ability to remain flexible and deal with tasks as they come up regardless of when
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis
