We are a growing company in need of help servicing our mobile dog grooming vans. In search of an individual interested in playing a significant role in the fleet of our company. Our generators are the biggest area of need. All grooming vans have Cummins 7000 generators in them. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive and a passion for ensuring that our vehicles are operating at peak performance.

Duties:
- Generator Repair (Cummins 7,000 generators in all vans)
- Maintain accurate records of all fleet-related activities
- Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced on schedule
- Manage fuel consumption and expenses
- Develop and manage a preventative maintenance program for all vehicles
- Oversee the purchase and disposal of vehicles
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to fleet operations

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in fleet tech or related field
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and develop solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
