- 5 years of experience in leadership positions with strong knowledge of Dental operations
- Experience with Eaglesoft is preferred
- Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
- Must possess a strong desire to train and develop team to meet performance standards
- Demonstrates leadership and strong communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
