This full-time position is typically 40 hours a week; however, due to workload, the Production Associate may occasionally need to work overtime. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid holidays and vacation, and a 401(k).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Production of parts using stamping press equipment.
• Uses measuring equipment to monitor production adherence to established tolerances.
• Documentation of inspection results in ERP-System and QMS Quipsy.
• Documentation of defects/non-conformances.
• Assist with packaging and labeling products.
• Transfer of products for storage or additional processing.
• Maintaining safety and cleanliness in the workplace.
• Support in developing processes and tasks essential in APQP/PPAP.
• When defects occur in products manufactured in the stamping department, the production associate acts as a liaison with quality assurance and assists in developing solutions.
• May support the quality management representative in the execution of internal audits.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• The Production Associate will receive on-the-job training, however, a background or education in manufacturing, engineering, and/or related metal fields is strongly preferred. Minimum: High school diploma or GED certificate
• Manufacturing experience (a plus)
• Familiarity with metal working tools and equipment
• Ability to learn stamping and other production processes.
• Forklift experience (a plus)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
• Ability to work with a team and independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
