Spherion is seeking two full-time, temp to hire Tool Assemblers for a local Oilfield Services Company in Lafayette.
Responsible for the maintenance/disassembly of service tools, along with the proper housekeeping or the tear down area. The position is also responsible for the assembly of sale-able equipment including flow control valves and all aspects of Safety, Quality and Productivity in the workplace. As a representative of Superior Completion Tools, employees shall conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.
Assembly and Disassembly of equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Follow all Quality Procedures on Preservation, Packaging, and Storage of Products
Ensure that service tool components are cleaned, oil dipped, soft assembled, and properly staged.
Assist with the loading and unloading of tool baskets.
8A - 5P when NOT on call
8A - Till when ON CALL
Pay is $17/hour
Temp to hire - requesting 2-3 candidates for interview

• Experience in Oil & Gas is a plus

• Understanding written statements and work documents
