Harba Solutions is Hiring a Quality Supervisor Near Lafayette, IN
Responsibilities
- Lead, direct, and train employees to meet quality and food safety standards.
- Foster an engaged, team-oriented workforce to enhance business outcomes.
- Head continuous improvement and root cause analysis teams to drive facility development.
- Oversee key quality and operational programs, with guidance from the department manager and facility management.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of SPC, Food Safety Plan, and SQF programs.
- Monitor and ensure facility compliance with regulatory and SQF standards.
- Assist in managing internal, external, and regulatory inspections.
- Participate in audit preparation activities, accompany auditors, and complete necessary reporting or corrective actions.
- Help manage the facility document control and sanitation programs as needed.
- Ensure all Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) requirements are in place and fully implemented.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; degrees in science, engineering, or technology preferred.
- 1-5 years of experience in food, beverage, or manufacturing.
- 5 years of regulatory experience preferred.
- Preferred experience in a lean, food manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with GFSI, SQF, FSSC; HACCP and PCQI certifications preferred.
