Mulhaupts is Hiring a Sales Rep (FT) Near Lafayette, IN

Mulhaupts, the area's top integrated solutions provider of electronic security, fire, video surveillance, access control, and commercial and residential doors, frames and hardware, is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated and competitive with a proven track record and experience in B2B sales. This position will work with our Lafayette team selling products and services to prospective customers as well as establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with current customers to ensure future sales.
Responsibilities:
  • Present, promote and sell products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Generate leads and interest through cold calling
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through efficient and effective closing
  • Coordinate sales process and have accountability with team members and other departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies
  • Keep abreast of current trends and competitors as well as staying up to date with product knowledge
Requirements:
  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years' work experience in B2B sales
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple situations and priorities
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRMs
  • Experience in Security Systems and Monitoring a plus
