Job Description

BiOrigin Specialty Products (formerly Dunn Paper) is an essential supplier of sustainable paper for food service, retail, medical institutions, and industrial facilities. The Paper Mill in Ladysmith, WI is seeking entry level Process Support. 

The Process Support performs a variety of tasks that may include assisting with extra workload, covering absences and vacations, and supplementing crews to meet unusual changes in the production area.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Work with team to prepare our final product (large rolls of paper) for shipping to customers.
• Clean equipment, maintain a manufacturing area free from debris and dirt, and put away materials as assigned.
• Closely follow directions to operate machinery, hold or supply materials, and load or unload items on machinery and manufacturing lines.
• Report any issues to Team Leader.
• Wear personal protective equipment as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Abilities

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
• Ability to work in a variety of roles.
• Ability to handle materials and equipment in a safe and responsible manner.

Education / Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience safely using forklifts, clamp trucks, and hand trucks highly preferred.
• General computer skills preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Job training for this position is provided by qualified personnel.

Additional Requirements

 Work Schedule: BiOrigin SP operates a rotating shift schedule, which includes 4 consecutive days of 12-hour shifts rotating through 2 days of Days and 2 days of Nights. Hours may vary based on scheduling needs, but the rotating schedule will be set in advance.
