• Serve as the primary point of contact between different departments, such as production, logistics, and creative teams.
• Facilitate effective communication by disseminating project information, updates, and deadlines to relevant stakeholders.
• Resolve conflicts and address issues that may arise during the production process in a timely and professional manner.
• Logistics and Resource Management :
