SUMMARY To provide both technical and administrative support to ensure functionality and efficiency of computer and telecom systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following for associates. Other duties may be assigned.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be knowledgeable in software, hardware and networks. They must be critical thinkers and problem-solvers with great attention to detail. Since end user support and vendor collaboration are important aspects of the role, excellent communication and people skills are required. Minimum of 3 years of related IT experience
Ability to travel between multiple company locations in South Carolina (Goose Creek, Ladson, Hollywood) on a weekly basis. Some periodic out of state travel when necessary.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from internal customers, vendors, or external customers. Ability to speak and write in English. Ability to effectively present information to top management.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to interpret bar graphs. Ability to learn and apply Imperial and Metric system computations.
REASONING ABILITY
Requires analytical knowledge; ability to define and troubleshoot problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and apply corrective actions.
