Social Club Creamery is Hiring a Baker Near Laconia, NH
Duties:
- Prepare a variety of baked goods such as cookies, brownies, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and production schedules to meet customer demands
- Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, mixers, and other equipment
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed
- Monitor baking process to ensure quality standards are met
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
Skills:
- Proficiency in culinary arts with a focus on baking and pastry
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety guidelines
- Experience working in the food industry, particularly in a bakery or restaurant setting
- Ability to use kitchen tools such as knives effectively
- Skilled in baking, cooking, and pastry techniques
