Job Overview:
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Daycare Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and providing a safe and nurturing environment for their development.

Duties:
- Assist in the daily operations of the daycare facility
- Supervise and engage with children in various activities
- Support lead teachers in implementing educational and play-based programs
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care

Skills:
- Experience in classroom management or childcare settings
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Ability to educate and interact with children effectively
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus
- Previous experience in daycare, nannying, babysitting, or toddler/infant care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude towards working with children
