Job Title : EDI Coordinator

Shift : 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm or as needed

Pay : $18.00-$20.00 / hr.

The primary mission of EDI Punchout Coordinator is to maintain and improve processes around our EDI and Punchout customers.

The position would work with our account managers, customers and sales operations team on new integrations and maintenance of existing integrations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESONSIBIITES :

• Organize & Document Integration requirements
• Responsible for testing for EDI and Punchout
• Prepare testing data & scenarios
• Assist in creating script for testing for EDI, Punchout and other sales ops applications
• Work closely with the customer portals for punchout
• Data mapping, validation and translation for EDI and Punchout
• Develop and streamline standard processes for EDI / Punchout registration and testing
• Understand and learn our preferred trading partner’s network for connections
• Involved in customer calls related to EDI or Punchout, if needed
• Assist with customer catalog and catalog requirements
• Organize & Document Integration requirements
• Assist with managing rejected orders and invoices
• Organize meetings for start of integrations and follow up meetings

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES :

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business administration, distribution, or related field preferred.
• Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• Basic knowledge of applications preferred such as the quoting app, CPM, SAP, and vendor portal
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Capability to work with a variety of people at all levels
• An eye for detail and the ability to spot errors and omissions at a glance
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to draft business reports and updates to management team
• Problem solving ability where limited standardization may exist
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and solution-oriented
