SUMMARY
The Billing Associate will be responsible for billing activities to ensure efficient and economical operation in providing accurate and timely customer invoices. Ensures the calculation of accurate billable charges and prepares final invoices. Conducts an on-going review of bill processing procedures and seeks opportunities to make cost-effective improvements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Essential duties may vary according to region, division, area, and/or assignment. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Apply the Company’s visions, pledges, and guiding principles to every facet of responsibilities in an effort to improve our Company.
2. Adhere to the Company’s Internal Control Policies and Procedures.
3. Process daily invoicing into tracking/reporting system.
4. Billing customer freight charges
5. Process invoices to customers via customer portals.
6. Research and adjust invoice discrepancies.
7. Maintains customer records and responds to general inquiries.
8. Compiles documentation and verifies pricing accuracy.
9. Research and resolve customer billing issues.
10. Performs miscellaneous billing duties as assigned
