- Follow all daycare policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in nannying, special education, or daycare is preferred
- Strong classroom management skills
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Ability to provide nurturing care to infants and young children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in early childhood education is a plus
