```Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Daycare Teacher to join our team. As a Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow in our infant room. If you have a passion for working with children and are committed to their development, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and supportive environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare facility
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Follow all daycare policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in nannying, special education, or daycare is preferred
- Strong classroom management skills
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Ability to provide nurturing care to infants and young children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in early childhood education is a plus
