Artius Solutions is Hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager Near La Quinta, CA

Position Overview:
The Clinical RN Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional ambulatory clinic care while maintaining efficient clinic operations. Reporting to the Clinical Services Director (CSD), the Clinical RN Manager oversees daily clinic operations, supervises clinic staff, and coordinates clinic workflows to ensure the effective provision of clinical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a high-performing, well-equipped, and safe clinic, ensuring workflow efficiency, clarity, and adherence to protocols.
  • Recruit, retain, mentor, and supervise RN Case Managers, Clinic RNs, Medical Assistants, and other clinic team members.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement, making recommendations to enhance clinic operations.
  • Ensure nursing and clinic staff adhere to care plans, promptly respond to physician orders, complete assessments, and actively participate in care planning.
  • Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of coordination and services, collaborating with medical practice leadership and relevant disciplines.
  • Lead clinical and nursing elements during CMS/DHCS audit reviews, develop corrective action plans, and ensure ongoing compliance.

Job Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing (Required)
  • Unencumbered registered nurse (RN) state license (Required)
  • Minimum of two (2) years overseeing an ambulatory clinic operation, including RN, LVN, and MA staff; or equivalent nurse leader experience in a high-volume outpatient setting
  • Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience with a frail or elderly population
