We are looking for a Sales Assistant who excels at making connections, engaging others, and is empathetic with people. The ideal candidate should have a natural warmth, enthusiasm, and authenticity. A self-confident, extroverted style that enlivens, engages, and positively impacts individuals is essential. The job has variety of tasks, is dynamic and changing, and requires strong initiative and self-direction.

This is position to gain experience with the opportunity to become a Sales Counselor. The hours are Thursday and Fridays 10:00am – 6:00pm, 2 days operating as a Sales Assistant. We offer a salary with bonuses. Must be able to communicate well on the phone, demonstrate the model home and tour customers on a home site or in a completed home.

Pay: $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
