- Entering order information into the company database
- Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products
- Working with staff members from other departments such as credit dept, parts dept, warehouse and other administrative associates.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Computer literate; proficient using Great Plains, microsoft, excel.
- Confident using office machinery (printers, photocopiers, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service skills
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- familiar with UPS shipping and SIAI shipping
- Managing the execution of part orders in a fast and proficient manner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
