Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Patient Accounts Representative to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient accounts, processing billing statements, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Duties:
- Review and process patient accounts and claims
- Verify insurance information and eligibility
- Handle patient inquiries regarding billing and payments
- Collaborate with insurance companies to resolve claim issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient financial records
- Generate billing statements and invoices
- Follow up on outstanding balances and overdue accounts

Experience:
- Previous experience in medical billing or healthcare administration preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures
- Proficiency in using billing software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
