Responsibilities
- Provide support for sales order process. Maintain priorities for orders, communicate special requests to shippers, coordinate with supervisor to get complete orders shipped, process truck shipments with logistics company for shipment, troubleshoot any issues, and transfer completed paperwork back to customer service for storage.
- Create manufacturing orders for assembly and outsourcing, distribute orders, monitor shortages, complete “QC” operation, review and document statistics of all SMP orders, and close orders
- Maintains transfer orders in and out of the SMP warehouse.
- Post all receipts of incoming goods and services on purchase orders and manufacturing orders.
- Create, distribute, reconcile, and post cycle counts for all facilities except Nephi, UT.
- Research and correct any inventory discrepancies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to exercise tact, courtesy, and ethics when dealing with vendors, co-workers, and customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, as well as inventory software.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at times.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
