Shore United Bank is Hiring a Commercial Services Specialist Near La Plata, MD
Essential Functions Include:
- Assists sales team to generate fee income in support of individual and bank goals by providing needed support regarding treasury/cash management products and services to new and existing customers.
- Provides treasury/cash management services product and service support to commercial bank customers.
- Assists bank sales personnel with client discussions and on-site demonstrations involving treasury/cash management product and service selection if needed.
- Implements services for customers, handles customers' requests for service and identifies customer issues that require research and follow through.
- Provides customer training for treasury/cash management products.
- Maintain strong audit practices, logs of tasks performed including implementations and calls, and complete documentation of actions.
- Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the Company's compliance with all regulatory requirements, e.g., Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act, etc.
- Full-time.
- Non-exempt.
- Days of Work: Monday-Friday.
- High school diploma/GED equivalent.
- 1 year experience successfully providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- 1 year experience within banking field.
- The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 hourly.
- Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
