We are a boutique employment and personal injury law firm practicing throughout California. We are looking for an associate attorney with 1-5 years of civil litigation experience. California Bar admission is REQUIRED. 

Newly admitted attorneys with a desire to learn civil litigation are welcome to apply. Unlike Big Law, instead of spending years writing memos in a back office, you will get real world experience with us, both in and out of the courtroom. We believe in a trial by fire, but also in mentorship. 

We are a lifestyle law firm with a low billing requirement. Remote work options available for right candidate. Compensation is competitive, based on experience, and negotiable.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Litigation Attorney at Bailey Law Corporation located in La Mirada, CA. The Civil Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks associated with civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and court documents. The Attorney will also participate in trials, conduct depositions, and represent clients in various court proceedings.
