Job description
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and cultivating strong client relationships. Your main objective will be to sell our products across various business channels, meet sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service. This position calls for a self-motivated individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a genuine passion for sales.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a retail or home furnishings environment.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, both verbally and in writing, to understand their needs and present product solutions.
- Relationship Building: Skilled in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in CRM Software: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
- Generate Sales Leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned channels by active prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with potential clients.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations to clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, address inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to the sales manager.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and specifications to effectively present and sell to clients. Collaborate with Marketing: Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales campaigns, and strategies to drive sales growth.Benefits
