Duties:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients and target markets
- Utilize warm calling techniques to reach out to potential clients and establish relationships
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutual agreement and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of client accounts
- Provide ongoing support and customer service to existing clients, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively position products or services in the market
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
