The Flooring Project Manager will collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, and installation teams to deliver high-quality flooring solutions on time and within budget. Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations with residential clients to understand their flooring needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on flooring products, styles, and installation options.
• Prepare accurate project estimates and proposals for clients, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or questions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Manage project budgets, expenses, and timelines to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Conduct post-installation inspections and follow-ups to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retail customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and competitive landscape to enhance sales strategies and offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in residential sales, flooring or related industry preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in technology and in MS 365 software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
