Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals. If you have a background in gym operations, fitness sales, and a strong understanding of physiology and anatomy, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels
- Develop personalized exercise programs based on clients' goals and abilities
- Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques to prevent injury
- Provide ongoing motivation and support to clients
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
- Promote personal training packages and services to gym members
Requirements:
- Certification in personal training from a recognized organization
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science
- Experience in fitness sales or health club environment is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to design effective workout programs tailored to individual needs
- Background in physical education, sports coaching, or related field is advantageous
